Form submissions: Preferences
Allows you to customise a Form submission.

  Show me

Once you have set up a Subject identifier you can set various preferences.

Top   Field delimiter
The delimiter is what appears between the field name and the value.

Eg. SubscriberName=Jennifer Cox

In this case the delimiter is the equals sign = .

Top   Notify internally
When you process a form submission you can choose to notify a user, in which case a copy of the form submission will appear in that user's Form Submission list in the To-Do screen.

For example, if your form submission is for brochure requests, you could notify whoever deals with mailing out brochures.

Top   Grouping
In order to reduce the number of form submission branches in the E-mail screen, you can group them together.

This means that several Subject identifiers will appear within the same branch, but the rules and field match-ups still apply individually as you set them up in Setup.

Note You can't group one Subject identifier with another if it's already grouped with something else. For this reason you might not always see every Subject identifier in the Grouping list.
